Jena Resendez

Jena is our chiropractic assistant and an x-ray tech. When you meet her one of the first things you will notice is her enthusiasm to help others and her attention to detail. She takes great pride in her work. Although her main focus is assisting patients with scheduling, billing, answering questions, etc.., you will find her assisting Dr. Rob with exams and x-rays. You name it and she can do it.

"I have been part of the Houston Spinal Care team since December of ‘05’ and loved every minute of it. I started without any knowledge of Chiropractic and never could have guessed it was so great. My experience here at our office has been extraordinary. Not only as part of the staff, but as a patient and a person. One of the best parts of being here is being able to actually see patients transform and begin to live a healthier, more joyful life, myself included.

The office is so comfortable and welcoming. Our team and our patients are wonderful. I am truly blessed to be a part of Houston Spinal Care and be able to share Chiropractic with others."

Dr. Rob Asks some important questions of interest to Houston residents - Chiropractor Houston Dr. Rob Asks...

How long does it take to form a bone spur?
Many who begin chiropractic care think their problem happened "last week when you bent over funny." But pictures of the spine tell a different story. Chiropractors know it can take your body years to deposit the calcium necessary to form a bone spur. It's your body's response to stress due to gravity or joint malfunction. And chiropractic care can help.
Is average normal or is normal average?
Every chiropractor knows that so-called "normal" is merely an average. What's normal for you may not be normal for anyone else. So the chiropractic approach to better health is to tailor our approach to the unique needs of each of our Houston patients.
